ICF has many opportunities for service within the church and for community outreach. Each activity offers a unique experience and helps you grow as a Christian. Below is a list of the different ministries, please feel free to contact us.
This is available for children in preschool. Parents are invited to take their Preschoolers directly to "Kid’s Corner" before the service begins where they will be lovingly cared for during the entire service. Each Sunday, these young children will enjoy stories, games, and activities designed especially to help them experience God's special love .
School-age children up to and including Grade 5 (age 11) will go to "Kids Rock" approximately 15 minutes after the service begins. Our "Kids Rock" teachers and helpers are special volunteers who love what they do and who have been selected and trained for this ministry.
Parents should pick up their children as soon as the celebration service ends after which they are free to visit with friends and meet new people.
Special events and programs are planned throughout the year for children and their families. Please check the Events page or sign up for the e-newsletter for more info.
We exist to serve the English speaking youth in Warsaw by providing an open and safe environment to discover who Jesus is and take ownership of their faith. Through weekly Bible study, retreats and opportunities to serve, our aim is to equip our youth to live a Christ-centered life.

Kowalewo Children's Home
A one-time trip (from International Christian Fellowship) over six years ago turned into a growing ministry. God has blessed and provided sponsors, ideas and great volunteers. While volunteers have brought many gifts and donations to the home, their gifts of friendship and time are by far the most valued. “When are you coming next?” is the most frequently heard question! As well as developing relationships with the children and staff, the ministry builds and releases volunteers to use their gifts to serve – we do sports, crafts, cooking, music, English, and a variety of other activities with the kids on our trips.
Kowalewo Children’s Home is located in the small village of Kowalewo about 100km north of Warsaw. The Children’s Home currently houses 45 children between the ages of 5-19, in three “family” units and two small apartments (one for girls and one for boys) for older teens to help them transition into independent adulthood. Some of the children can be adopted and others are there because of family problems, and so are unavailable for adoption. The Children’s Home has about 30 staff members that work with the children, they are kind and committed caregivers; some have worked there for many years.
Warsaw Volunteer Mission
ICF is cooperating with the Warsaw Volunteer Mission to organize a monthly "Community Meeting" for "Families in Crisis" who are under WVM care.
There are opportunities to meet and talk with individuals and families, a time to share the message of God's love, a time of fellowship and refreshments. Whether you speak English or Polish your help is appreciated. You can help by setting up, cleaning up, greeting and talking with people, giving out food and clothing and translating, etc. WVM also conducts meetings in both a men's and women's prison in Warsaw and is always open to having volunteers join them. However this ministry does take some preparation so we would encourage you to contact Mike Murphy in advance.
